Introduction to and launch of MMG Services
MMG Services is a unit of MMG. MMG Services will offer various services to clients in India and overseas with its base in Chennai, TN, India. With globalization of business, Business Process Outsourcing has become a boon and a bane. The major problem is identifying the correct service provider. It is difficult for overseas customers to evaluate the various service providers in a different culture. Most often cultural mismatch is the reason for many such failures. MMG Services will try to bridge this gap.
Our services will consist of:
Identifying suitable service providers in India for BPO with optimum cultural match. Complete congruence of culture is not feasible or possible. We are great believers in the PIN triangle. It stands for Positions, Interests and Needs. As long as the interests and needs are met, positions does not matter. One hundred percent of congruence of PIN triangles of the client and service provider exists only in theory not in practice.
Identifying sources of manufacture for supply of parts or components or supplies of any items or services
Representation of clients' interests on their behalf
Liaison
Follow up (Follow through in American English) with service providers, suppliers and various other agencies
